These Mercy Housing communities offer rental homes and apartments to eligible participants at affordable pricing. You will have to apply and get approved and accepted into the program. Eligibility is based on your age, income and disability. Additionally, the program also offers help with healthcare, financial planning and youth programs.

When a parent becomes disabled, one question that seems to arise is how their children's schooling will get paid for. In order to qualify for a scholarship or grant from this program, each student needs to be under the age of 24 and unmarried. They must also be the dependent of a veteran that is paralyzed. Their parents need to also be a member of the organization in order for their student to be qualified. Applications for the following year of school are always posted online in April.
